Registration: HAACP for Meat and Poultry Processors May 2018

Welcome to the online registration page for the May 2018 HACCP for Meat and Poultry Processors course. The course will be held Wednesday–Friday, May 30-June 1, at the Nathan Hale Inn (Manchester Room), 855 Bolton Road, Storrs, CT 06268.

The registration fee is $400 per person. The deadline for registration is Tuesday, May 15. Online registration ends at 11:59 p.m. on May 15. If space is still available after May 15, late registration will be considered. There will be a $25 late fee.
