Registration: FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Certification Training June 2018

Welcome to the online registration page for the UConn Extension FPCA Preventive Controls Course. This course is for food manufacturers and others who must take this course to comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act Preventive Controls for Human Food Rule. The course will be held June 12-14, 2018, at the Floriculture Greenhouse at the University of Connecticut. Payment through this site is by credit card only. Online registration for the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course will end at 11:59 p.m. June 1. Walk-in registrations are NOT permitted. NO refunds will be given after June 1.

The registration fee includes:

  • Curricula
  • Morning breaks, lunch, afternoon breaks
  • Parking
  • AFDO/FSPCA course completion certificate
